Set up Sumi.

Sumi is Shippr's design team as agents. Here's what you need to run it.

Sumi runs in Claude Code

Sumi's agents — grade, audit, fix, research, accessibility, onboarding and more — run inside Claude Code, Anthropic's coding tool. That needs a paid Claude plan: Claude Pro is $20 a month, or $17 a month billed yearly (claude.com/pricing, checked October 2026). The Shippr membership doesn't include a Claude plan.

  1. Install Claude Code and sign in with your Claude account (Anthropic's guide).
  2. Open Claude Code in your project folder and run:
/plugin marketplace add phazurlabs/sumi
/plugin install sumi@sumi-marketplace
/sumi:start

/sumi:start asks what you're working on, in plain words, and picks the right command. Know what you want? Try /sumi:grade or /sumi:fix.

Build in Lovable or Bolt? Members bring their app to the weekly teardown and get a written review every month — no Claude Code needed for that.
